Our first Arts Development Workshop will take place over the weekend of March 10 and 11. We are looking for people to work with Warwick Broadhead on his ‘Newspaper Show" Warwick would like " between eight to ten people with acting or dancing experience. Any age, any sex, any race, any body." The key thing for Warwick is to find people who would lie to work with him. Warwick will be developing his ideas for "The Newspaper Show" over the workshop. We can offer people the chance to work with one of our most richly imaginative theatre practitioners, to be part of an exciting creative process and a few good square meals. No one is getting paid but we can feed you. There will be about 70 people involved in workshopping 8 new works and the weekend promises to be a lot of fun and creatively rewarding. The first weekend will be followed up with a second 2 day workshop in May. This will allow people time to develop their ideas and it would be great if performers taking part in Warwick’s first workshop could also participate in May. However this is not essential.
